Sometimes I think of my days in terms of status updates. 99% of these updates never make it anywhere but my brain. I don't ever want to join Twitter because I think that's useless, but if I were to status update my past few days, it would look like this:
Kathayoon survived StingFest 2010, moved out a classroom, sprained her thumb, ordered and retrieved 24 pizzas in 30 minutes, listened to parts of a Pink Martini concert, and pretended to be a Cougar Camp counselor in one 13 hour day.
Kathayoon is mind-blown and confused.
Kathayoon turned down a studio apartment in favor of roommates. They had better be awesome.
Kathayoon feels like she has the most loving friends in the world. And with friends like Zoe Shipley, who wouldn't?
Kathayoon thinks the beach is a well-deserved place to spend the weekend.
Kathayoon loves the Oregon Coast, especially secluded beaches, campfires, s'mores, barbeques, shooting stars, walks on a busy boardwalk, and Dairy Queen mini-blizzards.
Kathayoon doesn't really understand how someone she's known for so little time can make her so happy from so far away. But she doesn't really care.
Kathayoon is really sad that next week is the last week of camp.
Kathayoon changed her windshield wipers, fixed her cigarette lighter, figured out the four-year-old problem with her trunk release, and cleaned and conditioned the leather. Even if she's not ready to go to P.A., her car almost is.

I make status updates in my head all the time, too. Also blog posts. It's kind of unsettling, actually... Our modern share culture makes us watch ourselves in a weird way. Don't you think?
